Events and callbacks
The panel UI talks to the server through ox_lib callbacks named manniche_admin:*. Every callback checks session and permission on the server. They are internal and not meant to be called by other resources.
The ACE manniche_admin.owner (Config.OwnerAce) grants owner access.
